Ellery and Cyler won their respective heats and went head to head. . .
Controllers flying! Ellery hit herself (really)--so during the championship she was alternately crying and grunting with serious hutzpah. Injured and weary, she went on to defeat the old king.
Agh, I got hit! Ellery's warming up in the background with some handweights.
She knew she had to get back under control, so she plopped right down and did some breathing meditation. I fell out!!
